Refund & Return Policy
At Mr B Lounge LLC and Mrs B Lounge LLC, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Our refund and return policy is as follows:
- Return Policy:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Customized, personalized, and special orders are not eligible for return unless there was a mistake on our end.
- Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Return Process:
- Initiating a Return: Contact customer service at hello@mrsblounge.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the item(s), and the reason for return.
- Return Authorization: Customer service will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return address.
- Packaging: Securely package the item(s) with all original tags and packaging. Include a copy of your original receipt and the RA number
- Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs. Use a trackable shipping method.
- Refund Process:
- Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- It may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. For a different size, color, or item, return the unwanted item(s) and place a new order.
- Damaged or Defective Items: Contact customer service within 7 days of receiving a damaged or defective item for return instructions and arrangements for a replacement or refund.
