Cancellation Policy

At Mr B Lounge LLC and Mrs B Lounge LLC, we value your time and strive to provide top-notch luxury beauty and spa services. To ensure a fair and seamless experience for all clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

  1. Cancellation Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  2. Late Cancellations and No-Shows*:
    1. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost or a deduction of 100% from prepaid packages or gift certificates.
    2. No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service(s).
  3. Rescheduling: You may reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice without additional charges.
  4. Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment for check-in and preparation. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service.
  5. Group Bookings and Special Packages: For group bookings and special packages, a minimum notice period of 2 days is required for cancellations or changes. Insufficient notice may result in a charge per person as specified in your booking agreement.
  6. Prepaid Services*: Prepaid services are non-refundable but can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  7. COVID-19 Considerations: If you exhibit COVID-19 symptoms or have been exposed, please inform us immediately. We will reschedule your appointment at no charge.
  8. Contact Information: Ensure we have your current contact information to facilitate communication regarding your appointments.
